When coaching, I aim to be there with you as needed in order to help with insights and reflections. Let’s cocreate a strategy that fits your current situation. While being adaptable and openminded, we can design a plan for almost any situation you may want to work through.

One-on-one Counselling
Whether you prefer a routine check in to process current events or a longer session for a deeper dive when you need it most. I am there to listen and really hear you when you share your thoughts, feelings, fears, ambitions and even dreams! Trust is important, and once we establish that mutually, then we can consider exploring areas of yourself and life you want to focus on.
