Some insights about me -
They say there are two paths in this life - service to the self and service to others. My journey to personal wellness began with service to myself in 2013 when I travelled to Costa Rica where I stayed and worked for a summer season. I was working at a wellness center with a nutrition and spiritual focused healing approach. I had never considered nutrition to be a strategy for healing physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual pain.
From this life experience, I became fascinated with different healing art forms. Today I carry that knowledge with me and continuously try to learn new ways of creating strategies for change I can incorporate into my practice.
Some insights about my practice -
I implement a client-centered approach, focusing on what is coming up for you - what means the most to talk about, explore or figure out right now. I provide a safe space for you to think out loud and say whatever you need to say without being judged or told what to think. The voice you say out loud is different than the voice you say in your head. I want to give you the space hear yourself and be heard.
I don’t believe in giving advice. I prefer to explore and cocreate ideas and solutions together. If you and I can establish trust and respect, we can achieve anything realistic if we put our minds to it.
I believe patience is the key and that process comes before progress in many situations. Process, patience then progress.

A safe space to be.
I am here to listen to you.
